Introducing our new Shepherds Hill website
Huge thanks to Jill Russell and Charlie Sweeney who have worked really hard to put together a new website for us. You'll be able to find everything in one place - tenancy agreement, contact details, useful information about the site, important information from Haringey, SH site committee information.... You can see it all here. If you think we're missing anything, please let us know.
The site will also have a forum, open to all plotholders, to talk about anything gardening or allotment related. You can ask for advice, look for seeds to swap, or moan about pests and the weather, In order to take part you will need to reply to the invitation email which you'll receive over the next few days. If you don't want to take part, just ignore it.
The invitation will only be sent to Shepherds Hill plotholders.
Purse found at Montenotte end
Sue has found a small black purse near the Montenotte entrance. If you think it's yours please can you email her direct, identifying what's in it, to arrange for return: sueirwinhunt@yahoo.co.uk
Jill and Ian's open garden
Jill Pack and Ian Potts have an Open Garden at 21 Woodland Rise, N10 3UP in aid of the NGS charities. "A verdant N facing terraced garden; the garden is particularly spectacular in spring with a mature tree peony, wisteria brachybotrys, Shiro kapitan, ceanothus and paeonia mlokosewitschii, as well as the blossom of a malus transitoria tree."
It will definitely look spectacular, especially if they manage to get the new lawn laid in time!
Opening information
Sunday 1 May (2 - 6pm). Admission £3.50, children free. Home-made teas. Also open 5 St Regis Close.
Visitors also welcome by arrangement April to August. Please enquire about price when booking.

Haringey Green Gardeners' monthly lunch
The Green Gardeners' monthly lunches are back at the Eco hub cafe in Lordship Rec from 12.30-2pm on the 4th Tuesday of every month. The first is tomorrow - April 26th. This month there's a focus on gardening for wildlife. Please bring seeds to swap. Next date is May 24th. Directions at https://lordshiphub.org.uk/
