Shepherds Hill Allotments

AGM

1. The Shepherds Hill AGM will be in the upper floor of The Victoria Stakes pub, bottom of Muswell Hill, on Wednesday 15th November at 7pm. All tenants are invited and encouraged to attend. Papers will go out to you all shortly. In the meantime as we are going to propose that we elect a committee which then divides up the responsibilities, it would be good for you to look what the committee has to do when deciding whether you want to get actively involved in it.
   
   Amongst the responsibilities of the committee are:
   Managing the waiting list  - Allocating plots and looking after new tenants - Site maintenance - Organising events - Running the site shed - Finance and budgeting - Dealing with tenants’ problems - Liaising with council and local community

3. Many thanks to Gary and Trevor for the recent bout of Bodpaving.
   
   
4. There'll be a delivery of compost on Friday 12th January between 8 and 10 am. No parking in front of the Site Shed that morning. You risk being trapped in there until the pile is cleared.
