2) Bonfires....again
Please read the regs about when and how to have a bonfire. We've had complaints from residents close to the Site who have described billowing bonfire smoke in the evenings. All bonfires must be out by an hour before sunset.
3) Intruders
Sadly the incidences of intruders partying on our plots at night have increased and have now included wanton damage not only to plots but also to greenhouses where panes have been smashed.
We are passing on this info to our community PC but its a difficult one. You can help by telling us, through info@shepherdshillallotments.co.uk of any weak spots you see in the perimeter fence and by informing us of any signs of partying eg fag ends, bottles etc or destruction on your plot. Also it has become clear that these intruders have been taking chairs, watering cans and other equipment from some plots and leaving them on others. So please report any 'found' objects which you think may belong to other plot holders.
4) Thinking of giving up your plot in the near future? If so please bear in mind that unless you inform Haringey Council at allotment.enquiries@haringey.gov.uk by December 1st 2018 you will be billed for the whole of the following year. You've been warned!!
5) Deliveries. PLEASE, if you are organising any sizeable delivery to the site you MUST check with us in info@ etc before you fix a date. This is in order to avoid and clashes.
6) Remember its the AGM at Victoria Stakes pub on 15th November at 7pm. A great evening out! More info on this will be sent out shortly.
